Business Support · Est. 2013

You're great at what you do.

Managing all the moving pieces efficiently is a different matter entirely.

You didn't start your business to become your own project manager, admin department, procurement officer & diary juggling specialist, did you?

But somewhere along the way, that's exactly what happened.

You've got ambition. You've got a clear picture of where you want to take this. The vision isn't the problem, it never was.

The problem is that by the time you've dealt with the emails, returned the calls, chased the things that should have been done already, and attended the meetings that somehow filled themselves into your diary, the work you actually meant to do today is still sitting exactly where you left it.

You've thought about getting help, probably more than once, and then you've dismissed idea because by the time you've explained everything to someone new, you might as well have done it yourself.....

So you put it off, and you keep going, and the list keeps growing. Sound familiar?

You're not struggling, yet, but you may well be feeling like you’re spinning lots of plates, juggling lots of balls and have a low level anxiety that one of them might fall.

Let's be really clear about one thing first. You've built something real and you're doing well. Your expertise is incredible - none of that needs help, it's the management of the business that needs some systemising and support. I'd like to show you that there's another version of this business, a calmer, faster, more focused version, that you haven't had a chance to implement because there just aren't enough hours in your day.

You know what you need. You've known for a while. You need a right-hand person who gets it.

This is why Indigo Sky exists.

So what does it look like when you have Indigo Sky in your corner?

Imagine starting Monday morning and knowing, actually knowing, that the things on your list are the right things. Not the things that crept in over the weekend, not the things someone else decided were urgent, but your priorities, in the right order, already laid out because someone helped you think it through.

Imagine a project that has been sitting on your plate since the beginning of the year, actually moving forward. Not because you finally found three uninterrupted hours, but because someone picked it up, ran with it, chased the right people, and brought it back to you at the next stage, ready to go.

Imagine going into your next important meeting, the one that matters, the one you've been half-distracted from for the last two months, fully prepared. The agenda set, the notes circulated, the follow-ups already drafted. You walk in present, focused and sharp, because someone else did the groundwork.

Imagine your inbox being something you open without a low-level feeling of dread. Imagine your diary actually serving your goals rather than fighting against them.

And now imagine spending a whole day, just one focused, uninterrupted day, with someone whose job is to help you untangle your thinking. No distractions, no interruptions, just space to get the ideas out of your head and into a plan you actually believe in, and at the end of the day, walking away with a clear, prioritised roadmap that makes you want to get started immediately.

That's not a luxury. That's just what running a business should feel like.

And it's closer than you think.

Here's what life looks like when you've got the right partner

The reason most business owners don't have this already isn't lack of desire. It isn't even lack of resource.

It's that finding genuinely good support — someone who thinks, not just someone who ticks boxes — is harder than it should be.

That's the exact gap Indigo Sky's Business Support service was built to fill.

This is what I do. And I'm very good at it.

Who is indigo

How can I help?

I'm Andrea Vinten. I've been working alongside business owners as their operational right-hand since 2013, and in that time I've seen every version of what happens when a business owner tries to hold it all together alone.

I'm not a generic VA service. I don't take instructions and disappear. I show up as a thinking partner, someone who looks at your business the way you do, asks the questions nobody else is asking, and genuinely cares whether things are working.

I've helped a client turn a tumble dryer full of overwhelm into a focused, actionable 90-day plan in a single day. I've chaired supplier meetings on behalf of clients and moved projects forward that had been stuck for months. I've untangled inboxes, restructured diaries, procured equipment, coordinated teams, and managed launches, and I've done all of it while staying close enough to the bigger picture to know when something needs flagging before it becomes a problem.

The clients who work with me long-term will tell you: what they value most isn't any one task. It's having someone who knows their business, understands their goals, and can be trusted to just handle it.

That's what I bring.

And because I'm also the person behind Indigo Sky's design, print, merch and workwear, the support I provide is genuinely joined up with your whole brand, not siloed off from everything else.

So here's what working with me actually looks like.

Step 1 — Discovery call

We talk. You tell me what's on your plate, where the gaps are, and what a good outcome looks like for you. I ask the questions. It takes about 30 minutes and it costs you nothing.

Step 2 — We agree a plan

Whether that's a handful of ad-hoc hours, a monthly retainer, a planning day, or a project-based engagement — we agree exactly what makes sense for where you are right now.

Step 3 — Onboarding

I get up to speed on your business. This is the bit most people dread — the briefing, the explaining, the starting from scratch. I make it as efficient as possible.

Step 4 — Hand it over to me

Properly. On time. With the level of care you'd give it yourself — and the perspective of someone who's seen a lot of businesses from the inside.

Operational & Project Management

The work that keeps your business moving but keeps falling to the bottom of your list, managed. Projects coordinated, suppliers chased, meetings attended with you, or on your behalf, nothing dropped. You'll feel this when a complex project that's been stalling finally moves, and you didn't have to be the one to push it.

Marketing Support

Where Business Support meets the brand: planning your content, writing your copy, thinking through your messaging. Everything you put out into the world sounds consistently like you and works harder for you. You'll feel this when your marketing stops feeling like a chore you're always behind on and starts feeling like something that's actually working.

Facilities & Procurement

The background operations most people ignore until something breaks. H&S compliance, office equipment, supplies, supplier relationships. Handled before you have to think about them. You'll feel this when something that would normally have fallen through the cracks... doesn't.

Diary & Email Management

Your diary works for you. Your inbox stops working against you. Decluttered, reorganised, and kept on top of, so the important things get your attention at the right time. You'll feel this when you open your email on Monday morning without the usual low-level dread.

Executive Planning Day

(also available as a standalone — see dedicated page)

A half or full day working directly with Andrea 1-to-1, no distractions. Untangle your thinking, map your priorities, leave with a clear plan you're genuinely excited about. You'll feel this when you walk out of the room knowing exactly what to focus on next, and why.

Here's what shifts when these things
are properly in place.

You get your time back, and you use it on the right things.

The hours you're currently spending on work that isn't yours to do go back to you. You spend them on the clients, the strategy, the conversations and the decisions that only you can make.

Your business stops running you. When the operational layer is handled, the pace changes. Projects move. Decisions get made. You stop firefighting and start building.

You trust it's done properly. This is bigger than it sounds. Genuinely trusting that something has been handled, without having to check, chase or redo it, removes a layer of background stress you didn't even realise was there until it's gone.

You can grow without things breaking. Scaling without the right operational support usually means chaos. With it, the systems and processes grow with you, and the business handles the pressure.

It costs less than you think, and less than an employee. No holiday pay, no sick pay, no pension, no desk. Flexible support that scales up or down with your needs. (Ask us about our cost comparison illustration — the numbers tend to surprise people.)

You have a partner who genuinely knows your business. Not a rotating team of strangers you brief from scratch every time. One person, building knowledge of your goals, your clients, your preferences and your priorities, and getting better at supporting you the longer we work together.

The business finally looks and feels like it's operating at your level. When the operational side catches up with the ambition, when things are running properly, plans are being executed, and nothing is being dropped, everything feels different. Our clients say it every time.

the right partner

Is this right for you?

This is for you if you're running a small or medium business, you're genuinely good at what you do, and you're ready to stop being the person who does everything.

You value professionalism, reliability and clear communication. You understand that good support means trusting someone to do things their way, and you're open to that. You're not looking for someone to take instructions and disappear. You want a thinking partner.

You're also someone who thinks in terms of investment, not just cost. You understand that the right support doesn't cost you — it pays for itself in time, clarity and progress.

That said, this isn't right for everyone, and we'd rather be honest about that.

If you're looking for the cheapest option, or someone who'll simply execute a task list with no questions asked, there are plenty of services that do exactly that, and there's nothing wrong with needing that right now. But if you want someone who thinks, who notices things, who pushes back when something doesn't feel right, and who shows up as a genuine partner in your business, that's us. And if you're not quite ready for that level of collaboration yet, the door is always open for when you are.

When you're ready, we'll be here.

HOW DO MY CLIENTS BENEFIT FROM WORKING WITH ME?

Does any of this sound familiar?

You've tried a VA before and spent more time managing them than the tasks would have taken anyway.

You've got a project sitting in your notes app that's been there for months, possibly longer.

It's still there.

You ended last week thinking "I didn't do the thing I actually needed to do this week" & it happens most weeks.

You're the person in your business who holds all the threads. And you're tired of it.

If that's you, you're exactly who this is for. It doesn't have to stay like this.

Client Love for Indigo Sky's

Business Support Services

★★★★★ "I spent a full planning day with Andrea of Indigo Sky — it was genuinely transformative. Andrea took the time to get to know me as a person, not just my business.

By the end of the session, I felt much clearer and genuinely motivated. It was incredibly valuable to have the space to talk everything through, bounce ideas around, and get another person's insight into all of the thoughts and challenges I'd been carrying. Andrea didn't just listen — she actively helped implement some really strong, practical ideas I could start using immediately.

I left with a clear path of where I want to go, why I want to get there, and the motivation to get back to work with purpose. I couldn't recommend Andrea highly enough.

If you're someone juggling lots of plates and struggling to gain clarity or direction — I strongly encourage you to book in with Andrea. It will make such a difference."

— Chris Gibson, Prime Legacy Wills & Estate Planning, April 2026

★★★★★ "I had a strategy day with Andrea. I have expansion plans for the business but felt overwhelmed with options. Andrea helped organise my 'tumble dryer' of thoughts into a workable and organised plan. I have recommended her planning day services to others."

— Carl Ford, CF Accountancy Services, March 2026

★★★★★ "I've had the pleasure of working with Andrea for many years on various projects. Andrea is an exceptional communicator who has consistently demonstrated her ability to lead and manage internal and external communications effectively. She is a process-driven individual who is meticulous in her approach to work — and has a talent for communicating complex ideas in a clear and concise manner."
