I'm Andrea Vinten, and I've been producing design and print for small and medium businesses since 2013.
I'm not just a printer who takes your file and runs it. Before anything goes to print, I look at what you've got. I ask about the finish, do you want gloss or silk? Matt laminate? Spot UV? I ask about weight and paper stock and how the piece is going to be used. I check whether the colours are right, whether the text is too close to the edge, whether the file is actually going to come back looking the way you're expecting.
And I look at whether it matches everything else your business puts into the world, because if your business card is beautifully designed but your letterhead is something you knocked together years ago, that inconsistency is still telling a story about your brand.
Just not the right one.
I suggest things. I notice things. Clients have told me that what they value most isn't just the print itself, it's having someone who thinks about whether it's right before it comes back, not after.
Because I also handle merch, workwear and business support for many of the same clients, I'm always looking at the whole brand picture, not just the piece in front of me.
